Apex 19.2: need example of Cards with Images and Link

hi all,
for a POS app need example(s) step by step to create a page with Cards + images (blob) + links or DA to go to anther region to update quantity (like below screenshot) for like an Add to Cart transactions. any link(s) would be highly appreciated.
something like this ( i think there are 3 or 4 regions ) :
