APEX 19.1 - Persistent cookies not created

Hi,

I have more apps working fine in APEX 5.1. These apps creates correctly PERSISTENT COOKIES:

- ORA_WWV_REMEMBER_LANG

- ORA_WWV_REMEMBER_UN

- LOGIN_USERNAME_COOKIE

After upgrading to APEX 19.1, the persistent cookies aren't created more.

Can anyone help me?
