Apex 18.1 Display nested report as a submenu

Hello everyone,

I've downloaded and imported the Nested Report Plugin from http://apex.pretius.com/apex/f?p=105:NESTED_REPORTS::::::

I followed the install and setup steps here: http://apex.pretius.com/apex/f?p=105:NESTED_REPORTS:::NO:::

Everything works fine except that I have trouble setting the plug-in so that my nested report is displayed as a sub-menu like this:

Workspace : DEVAPP_WORKSPACE

User : demo

Password : admin123

The example is in the menu Nested report. Need help please
