Anyone have a an "XML sample data" to feed BI Publisher for Word (or xsd)

To modify an Audit Vault ver 12 (uploadable) report and validate the "rtf" template file requires a sample XML data file. I cannot locate on anywhere. Similar issue with the AV xsd template. Thanks.
