any simple way to change background color of 2 regions in apex 19

I am using apex 19 . unviersal theme

I NEED TO CHANGE THE BACKGROUND COLOR OF 2 DIFFERENT REGION

There are two regions ab and ca how can i have a background color of

green on ab and blue for ca.
