Any mouse left click generates a window refresh of apps running with JRE

In some conditions, systematically, JAVA application running with JRE, any click (not only into a JRE window application) generates a complete refresh of the JRE window application even visible in background.
This refresh can take a long time (near 0,5s or more) on complex applications (draws).
The clickdown make the window content to color default (grey) and even maintained or not (normal click) the window is redrawed after a time. Double click generates twice phenomenous (like double flash).
On any drag and drop the user must wait for window content to reappear...
If the applications are simultaneously displayed the phenomenous appear on each one concerned
This occurs on several applications ; is this a bug of applications (whose developper's don't took care about mouse event in JRE context ?)
my question is :
< how to clearly inform developper - on their forums - so that I should be listen in the best way > ?
(I am not a JAVA developper, but developper nevertheless).
Context :
- Computer : DELL latitude D800
- memory 1,4 Go
- XP SP1
- java.runtime.version 1.4.2_03-b02
Applications tested :
- GanttProject (opensource) - OCCURS
- SysDB - OCCURS
- NVU - Don't OCCURS
Thank's for your help
