Any issues with Using Internet Explorer 7.0 with Planning 9.3.1?

Hi - I am trying to connect to Hyperion Workspace through our link and the 2nd launch window never opens. Then, when I click on the "Launch Application" option I get the following message:

"Window failed to launch. Original window is in the process of closing. Please try again."

Has anyone experienced this issue before? Is anyone aware of specific settings for IE v. 7.0 with Planning 9.3.1?
