Any API or Interface available for AP Payments

Hi Experts,

Please note, we are using R12.2.2.
we are getting AP Payments in .csv file and we need to load that data into Oracle System. So, do we have any Oracle APIs(which loads into Payments tables directly after validation in our staging table) or Interfaces (Which loads into Payments related interface tables from our staging table and then into payments base tables through corresponding interface load programs, if any) available?

Please share with me your valuable inputs.

If both APIs and Interfaces are available, requesting you to let me know which is more feasible(please note, we are also getting POs, AP Invoices also in .csv file which also need to be loaded into Oracle system through APIs/Interfaces)
