I want to schedule the interfaces from ODI studio,
I have ODI 11.1.1.9 server on AIX 7.1 and client on windows server 2008 R2 machines.
I am not able to schedule the interfaces when I place the files in AIX server location ( As I know, scheduling needs agents ).
for that I am having few solutions which I got from the same Oracle community.
1. Installing agent in client and running those interfaces using that agent, ( This solution worked just for execution of interface but cant able to schedule, it is showing file not found error when tried to use agent installed in windows machine.) here I kept the files in local systems( windows 2008 ) because it is not able to catch the paths from AIX.
2. Using SAMBA software to share the files from AIX and give that path in topology path. ( sorry to say I am not aware of SAMBA )
3. Using VNC viewer or TIGHT VNC or Xming to open GUI . by using those either of three, I try opening ODI studio and define the file locations in topology.( I chose X11 and VNC viewer from those three. but in both the instances I am not getting the projects,Models and all the stuff in ODI studio is not appearing, I can see only CONNECT TO REPOSITORY dropdown, after logging in It is not loading anything.
Please please help me in displaying those components or configuring SAMBA.
