Any advantage in attempting to replace a Cold Fusion Web App with APEX?

I'm not an expert in either technologies, but APEX does seem to have an increasingly rich feature set and since it comes with 11g would it be worth it to replace/migrate an existing Cold Fusion web app with an analogous one in APEX?

A further question. What is it that I can do with Oracle Fusion that I can't do with APEX?
