Answers Copy Request to XML Clipboard - not working

Hi,
When using the copy link on a request (copy to XML clipboard) and pasting into BI Office PowerPoint, I get message 'No Oracle BI View in clipboard'.
Any ideas why? I've done searches on this topic and didn't find anything. Sorry if this has been addressed already.
I'm not using PowerPoint's Edit > Paste (pasting the regular Windows clipboard), I'm using from the menu, Oracle BI > Paste.
