ANS1353E (RC53) Session rejected: Unknown or incorrect ID entered

Dear Experts,

I did configured rman and tivoli is configured for my database to take rman backup. Backup to disk completes successfully but when it goes to tape it throws with error

ANS1353E (RC53) Session rejected: Unknown or incorrect ID entered

Any suggestions is highly appreciated...
