Another "Loading Java Applet Failed..." problem

I heard many other people had this problem, but trying their solutions didn't work.
This problem happens in IE, in Firefox, and I've already reinstalled it, deleted the %appdata% Sun volter to reset the options, but nothing worked.

I tried one of the Java movile emulator sites to send here the error code, I hope someone here can help me.
