ANONYMOUS Account as DB User - Any way to change it???

Hi!

We use DB Authentication in APEX. When we login to APEX application or when we use development framework the only user that we can see in DB is ANONYMOUS.
1. DBA would like to monitor who is connected to application by looking at DB sessions.
2. Also DBA would like to use existing roles that were granted to DB users.

Is there anyway this could be done?
