Alll BEA product documentation is currently available on the BEA online documentation site (http://edocs.bea.com/) and is also available on the Oracle Technology Network (http://www.oracle.com/technology/documentation/index.html). Effective August 31, 2009 the BEA online documentation site (http://edocs.bea.com/) will be decommissioned. During this transitional period until August 31, 2009 we encourage you to view the BEA product documentation on OTN and update any bookmarked browser links.

Oracle Support may be contacted to assist with documentation questions.

In addition you can post questions and share knowledge on the Oracle Support Communities. This requires you to login to My Oracle Support. The Communities are moderated by Oracle Support Engineers.

The OTN Discussion Forums may also be leveraged in addition to the Support resources. The OTN Discussion Forums are moderated by Oracle Developers.
