animated .gif in oracle forms

Dear All,
I have a little problem. i have an animated .gif file and want to fit that animated .gif into the oracle forms but unfortunatly whenever i embed that picture in the forms it appears but become static. i mean animation is off and become a normal picture.
So anybody who tell me how can i get an animated picture in oracle forms.
