I tested and it works well. In one of my navigation bar entry, I have this icon (with Font Awesome) for instance : fa6 fa6-duotone fa6-cloud-arrow-down faa-wrench animated faa-fast
However I would like to animate the icon when en text entry (for instance, or the whole entry area) is hovered, like in this demo : https://apex.oracle.com/pls/apex/f?p=105972:LOGIN_DESKTOP:102434776194631:::::
I don't know how to proceed, but it's exactly what I'm trying to do, when the mouse hovers the menu entry. I can even see that the entry text color and icon color changes. Is this available natively ?
