Android with Oracle database ( How to Implement?)

hi guys,

I am using Andoroid Emulator and Java Eclipse . I want to install Oracle database on android

i did some studies based on this tutorials. but I do not understand how to implements this

how to Install this software "SQLite Mobile client software"

What is this?

n the SQLite Mobile client, open a browser to point to the Mobile Server using the following URL.

http://<mobile_server>:<port>/webtogo/setup

plss help I am beginner of android developer
how to solve this problem.???
