'>' and '<' sign is replacing with &lt and &gt in BAM reports

Hi all,

In my view, there is a column Agetype which contains value like '>30', '<30' etc.

When I use this column in BAM report, The values get replaced with '&lt' and '&gt'.

What should I do to display '>30' and '<30'.
