An error occurred while talking to OPMN. Could not find entity for rep_serv

Hi,

after implementing the Metalink Note 291999.1 I can not restart the reports server from EM Web Site. I get the error:
"An error occurred while talking to OPMN. Could not find entity for rep_serv". The Status of Reports Server is up.

The rep_serv is my reports server, that i have started with rwserver.sh server=<server_name> bact=yes &.

How to solve this problem?

When I provide the command: "rwserver.sh server=<server_name> bact=yes &" then the reports server with the specified name does not start.
When I want to show the environment with /reports/rwservlet/showenv then I get "REP-50002: Server is shutting down". I get the same error with /reports/rwservlet/getserverinfo
In rwservlet.properties:
