An error occurred while creating the logical schema

Hi,

anyone who has this kind of problem where there is error stating : "an error occured while creating the logical schema" in FDMEE when you are trying to register Source System of ODI(underlying database mssql server) as attachment below? I have tried to delete the logical schema and recreated in ODI Studio, but the same error still occured.. not sure what the problem is:
