An ADF Faces Switch/Toggle Component

Hi,

Does ADF provides a component to be used for toggling a YES/No question? Or even a Hot/Cold answer?

I am actually looking for a much modern UI other than providing radio buttons which doesn't appeal much to the user.

Is this possible in ADF or has somebody done this already?

I am actually looking for that component similar to this http://jsfiddle.net/RDkBL/7/ but this is done using Jquery.

Or something similar to a toggle flip component http://jquerymobile.com/demos/1.0a3/#docs/forms/forms-switch.html

I would be more than happy to know if this is possible.
