AMM and ASMM

Oracle 11gR2 question:

spfile.ora AMM, ASMM configuration

Goal: only use AMM

Issue: both AMM and ASMM are ENABLED !

memory_target 1.5G
memory_max_target 1.28G
sga_target 0
sga_max_size 768M

1. Are AMM and ASMM mutually exclusive.

2. What is expected outcome if both AMM and ASMM are ENABLED
