AMD64 and Marvell Yukon Gigabit Ethernet NIC Problem

I am using AMD64 CPU on a GIGABYTE motherboard K8NS. On this motherboard, there is a Marvell Yukon Gigabit Ethernet NIC chipset.

I found it cannot be recongnized by Solaris 10.

I download a driver (skgesol_x64v8.10.3.2.tar.Z) form www.syskonnect.com, But when I use pkgadd to install it, my system report a error:

devfsadm driver failed to attach skge

I have tried some methods to solve it. But failed. How could I do now?
