I have a chart in Oracle APEX, and I’d like to know if it’s possible to force the tooltip to always be visible—not the Y-axis value, but a custom tooltip that I generate. The tooltip will usually be text, but I’d also like to know if it's possible to display an image for a more visual result. Does anyone know if this is possible?
In this example, what I want to display is "2 and/or" permanently, without having to hover over the point.
