I am using OCI Always Free tier in ap-mumbai-1 region.
Earlier I created a VM using Resource Manager stack and later deleted the instance manually.
After that I am unable to see any Always Free shapes such as VM.Standard.A1.Flex in any availability domain.
The console always shows: "No shapes are available for this image".
I am unable to open a technical support request because my tenancy is not eligible for Oracle Support.
Please help release any orphaned compute or capacity reservations associated with my tenancy so that the default Always Free capacity can be restored.
