Hello,
I created an Oracle Cloud Always Free account around a month ago. I launched only two compute instances using Always Free eligible shapes. One instance was stopped 15 days ago, and the other was used for app development. No public traffic or production use yet.
Today, I received an email from no-reply@organizations.oci.oraclecloud.com stating that my cloud services are suspended and will be terminated in 30 days. However, there was no mention of the reason.
I checked:
- No billable usage under "Usage Statements"
- I'm still able to log in to my cloud console
- I'm on the Free Tier and haven’t violated any known policies
Can someone from Oracle clarify why my account was suspended and if there's any way to reverse this? I’m new to oracle cloud just learning cloud infrastructure. I am just developing the application and there are no users of the application as of now
