Newbie here to OCI Cloud.
I would like to ask if there are bugs or maintenance today?
Because my ALWAYS FREE autonomous database automatically stopped every 10 minutes.
My ALWAYS FREE Trial in Oracle Cloud was expired today and my database instance is free. In the docs, it states that always free resources will be running for free and database only stopped in 7 days of inactivity. But now, its annoying that my database stops at every 10 minutes.
I am using Oracle apex for my client's small business to automate an operation.
Please help
