alternative to replication

Hello All,

Had a question. We are migrating to 19c and to a new server. I was trying to see if there is a way where I could export the database 1 time and let the app people test for a week then instead of doing a full export again I could move the tablespaces online via DB link to a new server but only changed data. I have 12 instances and I need to minimize down time.
