Alternative solution for IRM

hi Experts,

My customer is aware that IRM will not be developed further by oracle, here is the concern:

1.What is the reason for this?

2.What is the suggestion from oracle if customer need this kind of solution?

3.What the successive product could be, when it is planned to be available?
