Alternative for sqlj in 18 DB

We noticed that from 12.2 release Oracle does not support running SQLJ code within stored procedures, functions and DB triggers.

We use SQLJ in stored JAVA SOURCE in order to run sql statements.

This is not running after 12.2.

What are the alternatives?
