Alter Oracle Default Table and Columns Name Type Length

Hi All,

I want to increase the length of table names and columns name in Oracle.

As a default It is defined like that:

SQL> desc dba_tab_columns;

TABLE_NAME NOT NULL VARCHAR2(30)
COLUMN_NAME NOT NULL VARCHAR2(30)
...

Can it be possible to change VARCHAR2(30) to VARCHAR2(100)?
