Alter or Drop LOB Index

Hello Guru's,

I have one table with CLOB column with LOB Index.
And now my task is I have to truncate table and Migrate the large data then rebuild or recreate the LOB Index again.

Please help me how to do Alter or Drop LOB Index - either Drop or alter to unusal.
