alter diskgroup data1 mount force in 10g

DB version: 10.2.0.5

alter diskgroup data1 mount force is not working in Oracle 10g and raisiing the error below.

ERROR at line 1:
ORA-00905: missing keyword

Is it Oracle 11g feature?. There is one ASM disk missing, so the diskgroup is dismounted.
