ALTER DATABASE DATAFILE ... maxsize unlimited

246358Mar 7 2003 — edited Mar 7 2003
I would like to change the datafile specification of a tablespace to "autoextend on maxsize unlimited". Autoextend on is no problem, but I always get a maxsize of 32767 MB after executing the statement. Why?
Windows 2000, Oracle 9R2
Statement example:
ALTER DATABASE DATAFILE 'C:\ORANT\ORADATA\xxx\xxx.ORA' AUTOEXTEND ON MAXSIZE UNLIMITED;
