Alter, apply change to SQL table from SDDT or Sql Developer

Hello

I want to know how to forward engineer the Changes applied to SQL Developer Data Modeler or SQL Developer to SQL Database Table.

I don't see any option that execute and alter the tables that changes applied in Relational Model.
