Alpha Numeric Auto Generate

Hi All,

Could you explain that how can we generate alphanumeric id automatically like sequence,sys_guid().Actually in our table needs to be generate reference no as below

A0001,A0002,A0003,,,,,,,,,A9999 then

B0001,

B0002

B0003......B9999 then

C0001 upto C9999
