Allow users to Upload, View and Download Images stored as a file on server

Dear All,

I am using latest Application Express 5.0.3.00.03 on Windows Server 2012 R2

I have a requirement as follows :

1. Allow user to upload images and save the file in the server not in the database.

2. Allow user to view the images

3. Allow user to download the images.

Please do let me know what needs to be done to achieve this.
