Allow the Creation of Transfer Adjustments via Adjustment Upload Staging Process

Transfer adjustments cannot be created via the Adjustment Upload Staging table. There is no bulk way to perform mass transfer adjustment creation. It would be ideal if the base Adjustment Upload Staging table supported transfer adjustments instead of requiring a custom batch.

Additionally, the base IWS does not seem to support transfer adjustment creation.
