Allow EXP / EXPDP from custom application only (block all other instances)

Hi All,

Is there any way we can allow the EXP / EXPDP command to work only from an application created by us?

What I want is that we have created an application, which is used to take the backup of our application schemas. And we don't want to enable the option to take backup of our application schemas by anyone else.
