All three SCAN Listeners are listening from one node in 2 nodes RAC setup.

Hi There

I have 2 Nodes Cluster using Oracle 11.2.0.2 , ASM on AIX 6.1. I see all three SCAN IPs are up from Node2 instead of atleast one of them on Node 1. This is based on what i have read about SCAN listeners , and thats the major advantage over VIPs.

Am i wrong or someone has seen these symptoms ?

I can very well relocate one of SCAN listener to Node1. but wanted to get opinions from you people.
