All source code missing

I gather from other posts to this forum that the almost complete lack of useful javadoc documentation regarding, e.g., oracle.jdeveloper.html.* is remedied by the source code to these classes being available.

Apparently the source to this particular hierarchy is available in `jbohtmlsrc.zip'.

Unfortunately I can't see any such file :( the best I've got in my JDeveloper 9.0.3 installation is in jdev/lib/ojpd. There is nothing here matching `jbohtmlsrc*', but there is a `bc4jhtmlsrc.zip!_50157551.ojpd' file, which looks vaguely like a truncated zip file (which, lacking a zip directory, is utterly useless). (Everything in this directory has unpleasant names of that form.)

Is this the jbohtmlsrc that the Oracle docs talk about, or is there something else that I've not got? (It's very hard to do anything useful with the standard components without their source code, I must say; the quality of the javadoc documentation for the Oracle-provided classes under oracle.jdeveloper.* is very poor.)
