All components greyed out for Maintenance Release

Hi,

I am trying to upgrade hyperion planning from 11.1.2.0 to 11.1.2.4.

These are steps i have performed:

- For just testing purposes i am have installed and configured 11.1.2.0 64bit on oracle linux 5.10.

- 11.1.2.0 doesn't contain anything yet.

- Downloaded 11.1.2.4 media (Hyperion Planning Plus) and extracted it in one folder.

- stop all services of 11.1.2.0

- executed installTool.sh from 11.1.2.4 extracted files

- Gave installation path of 11.1.2.0.

- instead of installation options maintenance release option is selectable now.

- but only OHS and Weblogic server is upgradeable the rest are greyed out.

I am not sure what i am doing wrong.

Kindly guide.
