Alignment in bi-directional applications

Currently I am developing an english/arabic application. I have a problem with page item alignment.

Each page item has fixed align options: Left, Center, Right. But when application switches to right-to-left direction, pages look messy - the alignment option are supposed to reverse. Left->Right and Right ->Left.

In Oracle Forms there are additional alignment options: Beginning and End whitch make life so mach easier for bi-directional app development.

How can I possibly change page item alignment accordingly to the page direction?
