I think, i should post my question in this forum, rather than Database General,
I have created a table and inserted the same as in the above thread and when i says :
SELECT ID,FILLED_TEXT(DESCRIPTION,30) des FROM T;
It is not showing column data as aligned within 30 words limits. I thought, that i would be able to solve the question with the help of http://soft.buaa.edu.cn/oracle/bookshelf/Oreilly/prog2/ch11_02.htm link, but not succeeded.
Kindly help me further.
