Align table scroll to left Side

Hi,

I have a table on my page with two fixed columns.My table is under a panelTabbed.My table has more columns to fit under panelTabbed.So Scroll came (of course) but some times scroll shift towards right.so i want to make sure scroll start from left.Any idea ? My Jdev Version is 11.1.1.5.0.
