Align Optional and Optional and above text field component

Hi All,

    I am using the Universal theme and render by page using the 'Page- Standard' template in APEX 5.

My question is how do I align the three columns/fields on the form. It's users requirement is have the first column label template (XYZ, 2nd Pref, 3rd Pref)  'Optional' and the second and third column label template 'Optional and Above'

I want to bring down the XYZ label and component so that it aligns with other boxes like 2nd and 3rd Pref. Please advise, I have already made a copy of the 'Page-Standard' template to make any changes.
