Align column names with SQL formatter

With the SQL formatter (SQL Dev v. 2.1.1.64.45), I can align equal signs, operator signs, commas, comments and other items, but I don't see any way to align column names. I find it difficult to read when columns are indented 2 spaces rather than aligned. Is this possible?

Maybe I missed an option, or maybe this could be added. Thanks.
