Alert in oracle apex

I am using Oracle Apex 18.1 with ORDS 18.1 and with Database 11gR2, i have cancel button and i am using dynamic action on that button,

furthermore when i press it, it appears like that,

when i press OK it will redirect to page 23 but if press cancel it will be on the same page (24).

How can i do that?
