Alert : 96% of User dump area is userd

Hi all,

I am getting a alert in my Oracle 11g Home page {EM},

*96% of User dump area is used*
*96% of Core dump area is used*
*96% of Background dump area is used*

What is the action i have to do ?

Kindly advice me
